[Deacon] Henry Farwell, tailor, married Olive Welby at St. Botolph’s, Boston, Lincolnshire, England, 16 April 1629. They had three sons, Samuel, John, and [Ensign] Joseph, and three daughters, Elizabeth (wife of Joseph Wildbore), Mary (wife of John Bates), and Olive (wife of Benjamin Spalding).
Henry Farwell and his wife Olive Welby came to New England about 1636. They resided at Concord and Chelmsford Massachusetts. Henry Farwell died at Chelmsford, Massachusetts 1 Aug. 1670. He left a will dated 12 July 1670. His wife Olive died at Chelmsford, Massachusetts 1 March 1691/2.
