Sons of the American Revolution
SAR On the eighteenth of July, 2009, I submitted my application for membership in the National and Utah Societies of the Sons of the American Revolution, by virtue of my descent from Appleton Stillman.

My certificate of admission to the Society bears the date of 5 October.

I hold membership in the General and Utah Societies of Mayflower Descendants by right of my line of descent that includes Appleton’s wife,
Amanda Hurd Stillman.
