Thanksgiving

One of several thank-you notes I sent to fellow sealers who substituted for me so that we could go to Yorba Linda for Thanksgiving.

This one went my esteemedf yokefellow Eb Davis, of whom Pappy wrote on the Fourth of July, 1980, in his letter from Sri Lanka, giving thanks that he had come to their worship service. Pappy and Norma were grateful that their members could hear from somebody else, for a change, especially somebody from Church Headquarters. Eb was then working for the Church’s translation department.
