Our Mammy was one of the original movers and shakers who
created early morning
Seminary in
Southern California in the 1950s. Her own Seminary domain was in our
Third Ward, logically enough, with early-morning classes in that ward’s
Pacific Avenue chapel, just down the street from Pacific High School.
Here she is with a Seminary group that seems to have preceded mine, even though it includes some kids of my age. That would be because I was elsewhere for my first year of Seminary. |
