Finally, our great-great-uncle Orrin Porter Rockwell is the second (left to right) of these four (Apocalyptic?) horsemen, depicted on the north face of the monument.
Kinda put him in the background, didn’t they? Even close up, this isn’t what you’d call an arresting portrait of Uncle Port. Here’s the photo of him that they used to show in the Visitors’ Center. |
