2001—September: Temple Spire
The uncrowned Temple opened on schedule and functioned just fine, thank you, in its first year. I had the honor of serving there as a sealer from October 1, 2000, through the end of 2002,
when we moved away.

Of the fifteen sealers assigned to the Boston Temple, I lived the closest and therefore drew a lot of substitute and fill-in assignments, particularly when my brethren from farther away encountered weather difficulties (not unheard of, along the Route 2 corridor)
or other impediments.
