My first and only title rôle, as the Selfish Giant in the Boston Stake’s sorta-annual play. The kids were very sweet, and this photo turned out close to amazing.

Jean Alexander, a talented member of the Marlboro Ward, wrote and directed this musical adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s fairy tale. Her ambition aimed at other, more prestigious venues for later performances. I don’t know that she ever made it to the Great White Way; I hope my singing didn’t spoil her chances.
