2002: Back to Little Neck |
Buried Treasures |
Mrs Anna Brown, d. 1753, relict of Samuel Brown |
In late January, we returned to Rhode Island to get more and better pictures of our family gravestones in the Ancient Little Neck Burying Ground. The
Willett enclosure is surrounded by Browns—presumably descendants of our own
Worshipful John and Dorothy. I snapped thirty or so of these, with the intention (thus far unrealized) of fitting them into our family tree.
With these new pictures, I was able to assemble an early version of the Section entitled “LittleNeck,” now among “Our Stories.” The current version benefits also from our third visit, in 2007. |
