Old Friends at Christmas
Uncles
Karen and Walt Terry visited Norma Wilcox at the Seville on Center Street in Orem, where she spent her last days. This is the same place where Ruth and Jim Dunaway and my stepmother Norma stayed under similar circumstances.

Note the sign on the cabinet behind Walt’s head. It says:
LIFE CAN BE SO TRAGIC—
YOU’RE HERE TODAY
AND HERE TOMORROW
I asked him about it, and he replied:
Normal always ask why has the Lord not taken me. I ask... are you still eating those nuts? She says yes I am. I would say, Well Norma, nuts are the staff of life. She stop eating nuts and shortly thereafter she passed.
