2001—May: Neffs

After some years of writing, phoning, and even, more recently, e-mailing, we already felt we knew our distinguished and lovable cousin, Alice Neff. She was then the chief officer and sparkplug of the Neff Family Association, and we’ve always had a lot to communicate about that branch (Grandma Alfaretta Neff Seely’s) of the family.

When she heard that we were going to be visiting the Salt Lake area, she kindly invited us and Cyndi and kids to come meet them, face to face, at their home in Midvale. Here’s Valerie, with Steve Neff (Tom’s and Alice’s son), and a couple of grandkids whom my notes don’t suffice to identify for sure.
