Last year’s Christmas letter summarizes her very impressive high school career, all too briefly.

In particular, it omits one particular honor with which she tied together sixty years of Timbaloo’s history and three decades of our family story. No room here; I’ll try to do the tale justice in an extended sidebar on the next page.
