The boys found great fascination in the Christmas-morning slot-car set.

4370few.jpg In my hands, that’s the wonderful Polaroid camera the folks had given us, back before Rick was born.

Hard to realize now, how amazed we were to get the picture only seconds after snapping it. The film was notably expensive, though, after we ran out of the case Merrit Kimball had kindly given us.
