I love the grin on President Pappy’s face, here behind his book-laden desk. Note, please, his addition of the Tricolore to its décor. I’m not saying anything about President Hart—I never met the man—but H Duane Anderson left no doubt that a Francophile was now in charge in the French Mission. |
