Formal Portrait

Before leaving town—even, indeed, before Erik came among us—we sat for our first professional family portrait; Duette Photographers¹ did the honors. Wasn’t Rick the cutest thing imaginable?

¹I suspect that Duette or its heirs retain proprietary rights in this image, but I’m hoping they won’t wish to exercise them, at this late date. Even if they should pop up and want royalties, this picture still belongs here, and I’d be inclined to pay them, within reason.
