Frances Mariah Stillman Russell Neff

A couple of photos of great-great-grandma Harriet’s daughter, Grandma Alfaretta Neff Seely’s mother, my great-grandmother Frances Maria(h) Stillman Russell Neff. She married great-great-grandpa Franklin Neff, the miller of Winter Quarters and East Mill Creek, after he lost his first wife (and first cousin), Elizabeth Musser, to sickness.
