Our distinguished Utah pioneer ancestors John and Mary Barr Neff had ten children, including my Great-Grandfather Franklin Neff. As an ancestor, Grandpa Franklin doesn’t qualify for a section of his own in this Book of Uncles, but his brothers included four who do, and his sisters brought three more into the group.1
