Mount Pleasant Jorgensons
With the summer-school gig completed and California goodbyes said, we packed up the three of us in Brigitte for our third transcontinental déménagement.1 The folks, in their car (I forget which one), caravaned with us as far as the Crow Indian reservation in South Dakota, where Ken and Verna were serving as missionaries.

First stop, Mount Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah, to visit Valerie’s Uncle Dale and Aunt Ruth Jorgenson, and to give Rick his very first equestrian experience.
The cousin in the picture, we think, was Frank, son of Dale and Ruth, who now lives in Kaysville and whom we see at the Temple, now and then.
1In less than a year and a half of marriage. What’s that about rolling stones?
