Music Library
The MIT music faculty guided us to this wondrous facility for all sorts of instructional and esthetic joys.

I remember one particular “brown-bag concert”. Gregory Tucker, whose music courses I particularly enjoyed, let us know casually that he’d be there for lunch, “with friends,” and that we might enjoy it, too. Well, we had learned that Tucker (a very gregarious dude) knew just about everybody of interest in the “classical” music world. His “friends” could be anybody, and surely would be somebody, and so several of us showed up, brown bags in hand.
