Acton Boundaries, 1954

By 1954, when Phalen wrote his History of Acton, the Acton-Carlisle boundary had moved again, this time to line up with the modified Concord-Carlisle line that shows on the map. Like the old line, the new one runs very close to the cemetery and leaves the homestead firmly in Carlisle.
