Will the Comité…
…continued
Dear Richard,

Yes, my email is still good.  Susie and I now have our only home in St. George though I still am winding up my law practice and still have my office in Pocatello that i go to once a month or as needed sooner.  Am on my last three cases.  Pretty much have done just pro bono work the last three years.

We are healthy and content.  Susie is super busy in the Quilt Guild down here; she will be President of the Guild next year.  Susie has lots of inherent and non-bravado talent.  Is one of 30 "Masterpiece Quilter" in the country.  Our kids are in Saratoga Springs, Pocatello, Boise, and Sacramento.

Think about you often and in focus to the good times we had initially in the SLC Mission Home and then when we were all together in the Paris Mission Home. Am grateful for the examples you and Gordon and others wee. Still can sing my part of the Christmas Carols we sang on the streets of Paris during Christmas 1963. Lucky, lucky us.

Seems like the last time we were together was when Gordon was in a play in Draper. You were living somewhere around Centerville is how I remember that. Most of my running friends know about you, your cannonball house in the Boston suburbs, and helping your dad complete his mission president calling after your mom died. Am still running and picking up, with some frequency, First...and Last in my age bracket. A better way to live...though not in the "fast lane"!!

Miss you. Will look at the troo poop behind the hyper links this week.

Then, before I answered:
Dear Richard,

Have taken a quick look at the hyper links. Not that it fits in your story about the Comite but here is how I ended up in the Mission Home but not part of the Mission staff.

While in Lille I took a project that had been created in the Chicago Mission. It was sent to me by Terry Jensen who has been a best friend from about the Junior Year in High School. In the Chicago Mission they had a convert who was a professional cartoonist.  He created a series of cartoon slides that went with other real pictures for a slide-tape presentation called “What Is A Mormon”.  It was really well done.  We translated it into French and used local members, inactive members, and some non-members to make it into French.
