In addition to the Christmas chaos in the parlor, you can see, above, a piece of the glass table on which we displayed Esmé’s mantilla, until it became evident that the sunshine in that bright, lovely room did it no good.
A strange photo, the one at right. Just imagine how the camera had to be tilted. If ’tweren’t for the Yuletide garland, I’d have thought maybe Hallowe’en, on that account. |
