I’ve complained before of the difficulty I’ve always encountered in inducing my luminous sweetheart to pose for my unworthy attempts at the photographic art. Between her innate and becoming modesty and a sensible lack of confidence in my skills, she’s always resisted the model’s rôle, and my best shots of her tend to be candids. But she has surrendered to my importunities, now and then.
