Reunion in Paris

The calendar turned. We loaded up our two-year-old, packed our bags, and climbed onto a jet plane (they cost extra, in those days, but they were faster). We were in a hurry. I won’t try to tell you how sweet it was to come back home to 3, rue de Lota. Especially under these familial circumstances.
