The Seely Family, Christmas 1941 |
This was the next-to-last Christmas of Grandma Seely’s life, and my first. That’s how come my memories of her are of the fuzziest. She’s sorta front-row center here, largely concealed by my curly-haired cousin Jacki; I’m looking dour, on Mammy’s lap near the upper right. I think this was taken in the living room of the grandparental abode. Pappy, often the designated shutterbug, is at top left; wonder who was behind the camera… The next page identifies everybody in the picture. |
