Fifth Stop: Harriet Elizabeth Seymour Stillman Russell |
Born in Connecticut, where (as we tentatively believe) her first husband, our Mayflower-descendant great-great-grandfather Jason Stillman, died of tuberculosis, Harriet Elizabeth Seymour subsequently joined with the “Mormons”, married Daniel Russell, and moved to Nauvoo, through Winter Quarters, to Utah. The youngest of her three children, Frances Maria Stillman, became our great-grandmother as Franklin Neff’s second wife. Though she came here as a Russell, she rests among Stillmans and Neffs in Plot 9. |
