The Masonic Hall |
Red Brick Store, Spring House, Smith Homestead |
Many of the best-preserved structures from Old Nauvoo, and some of
its most important stories, remain in the context of
Joseph Smith’s family holdings. The Masonic Hall represents, almost alone, the period’s public buildings.
We’re not kin to the Smiths, as far as I know, and so our family came to these sites mainly as visitors. For more details, click on a picture. |
