Directed several national data collection, statistical analysis, and research design projects. Organized and directed interdisciplinary teams in policy research. Took over two multi-million-dollar projects in crisis; restored client confidence, technical quality, and financial soundness. Successfully represented the positions of several research teams in debates over findings in government policy circles, to academic audiences, and in the trade and public press.
