Another job for the Ward Music Chairman. The Fox Point(e) Ward has a tradition of gathering in “the cul-de-sac” at 9am on the Saturday nearest Labor Day for pancakes, sausages, bacon, orange juice, milk, and to honor our “first responders”— several ward members are firemen, police officers, or such.
I was called upon to lead those gathered in this stirring anthem. Must report that it could have gone better… |
