We gathered in Orem on Saturday, the eighteenth of May, 2013—the day before our Pappy’s hundredth birthday— to remember him and to observe the occasion. Brent had assembled a commemorative PowerPoint presentation, whose content follows, by his permission, as my Section named, suitably enough, “Pappy.” In the hypertext original, it preserves the landscape aspect of the original and requires a wider screen than the other Sections. If you’re following a printed version, the display is compressed to fit into the page in portrait format; otherwise, you’d have to rotate the book. |
